Food for Life Classes

Food for Life is a one-of-a-kind, award winning, plant-based nutrition education program developed by the Physician's Committee for Responsible Medicine. Each Food for Life class includes plant-based nutrition education, a cooking demonstration, cooking and grocery shopping tips, samples of delicious and healthy dishes, recipes, and a supportive group discussion (Nutrition Essentials does not include cooking demos).
