When You Can't Get to the Gym Try This!

Here's another no equipment workout you can do at home. These isometric exercises target your quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes. Isometrics use body weight (and sometimes added weight) and a static position to activate the muscles. For a greater challenge hold the positions for 60 seconds or until failure.
