No Equipment Workout at Home - Triceps and Back

No equipment? No problem. Here are four exercises to tone the triceps (underside of the upper arm) and back: wall push-ups, superset dips with reverse plank, and reverse snow angel. The last exercise - reverse snow angel (also called the "angel of death") will really target the upper back if you hold light weights. But since this is a "no equipment" workout I use cans of beans! If you are more advanced, substitute floor pushups with a close in hand position for the wall pushups.
