Fruit Bowl with Oat-Nut Topping 1 banana, sliced 1/2 small can mandarin orange slices, drained (or fresh mandarin orange sections) 2 TBS Old Fashioned Rolled Oats 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped walnuts, optional - do not use if weight loss is your goal
a couple dashes of cinnamon
