Fruit Bowl with Oat-Nut Topping

This is a sweet and satisfying option for a snack. Try it instead of a bowl of cereal.


Fruit Bowl with Oat-Nut Topping 1 banana, sliced 1/2 small can mandarin orange slices, drained (or fresh mandarin orange sections) 2 TBS Old Fashioned Rolled Oats 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped walnuts

a couple dashes of cinnamon Place the fruit in a bowl and sprinkle with oats, nuts and cinnamon. Variation: Use any sliced fruit to assemble your bowl. Makes 1 serving.
